You're not in this alone. Connect with a community of wellness advocates and creators who share your drive, celebrate your wins, and inspire you to keep showing up.
Your coach
Every ambassador on the roster is paired with a dedicated Icebox coach. They send your monthly game plan, cheer on every post, and are one message away whenever you need an idea, an answer or a pep talk. You post in your own voice: just tag @iceboxtherapy and your home team studio.
Your game plan. A monthly content brief with ideas, hooks and timing.
Real answers, fast. Questions about codes, credit or content? Just ask.
