The fine print
Program Terms
A plain-language overview of how the Icebox Ambassador Team works. Everyone who makes the roster receives a full ambassador agreement with the specifics for their level.
- 01
Eligibility
Ambassadors must be 18 or older and live near a participating Icebox studio, which becomes their home studio.
- 02
Application and acceptance
Icebox may accept or decline any application at its discretion. Acceptance onto the roster is confirmed in writing.
- 03
Service credit
Roster members receive a monthly service credit, by level, for use at their home studio. Credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.
- 04
Commission
Ambassadors earn commission when a new paying member or booking comes through their personal code or tracked link. Amounts, attribution rules and the payout schedule are set out in each ambassador's agreement. A W-9 is required before the first payout.
- 05
Levels
Ambassadors progress from Rookie to Starter to All Star based on posting consistency and conversions. Each level unlocks additional benefits.
- 06
Content guidelines
Content follows the Icebox playbook and is reviewed with your coach. No medical, weight loss or anti-aging claims. Before and after content requires a signed waiver.
- 07
Disclosure
Every post about the Icebox must clearly disclose the partnership (#ad or the Paid Partnership label), in line with FTC guidelines.
- 08
Content usage rights
Icebox may repost and use ambassador content as described in the ambassador's agreement.
- 09
Taxes
Ambassadors are responsible for their own taxes. Service credit and commission may be reportable income.
- 10
Ending participation
Either party may end participation at any time. The ambassador agreement explains what happens to unused credit and unpaid commission.
- 11
Changes to these terms
Icebox may update these terms with notice to roster members.
